A Belügyminisztérium mint Program Operátor az EGT és Norvég Finanszírozási Mechanizmusok 2014-2021 keretében, a Roma Programterület kapcsán érintett szervezetek részvételével online konferenciát szervez 2021. június 14. és 15. napján (hétfő-kedd) a programterület programkoncepciójának bemutatása és egyeztetése céljából, amelyre ezúton tisztelettel meghívjuk Önt. Az esemény zökkenőmentes technikai lebonyolítása érdekében kérjük, a program megkezdése előtt 15 perccel jelentkezzenek be az online felületre.

A programkoncepció tervezetének bemutatása, egyeztetése és észrevételezése az alábbiak szerint történik: a rendezvény mindkét napján a programkoncepció egészének rövid bemutatását követően június 14-én a programkoncepció 1. és 2. felhívás-tervezeteinek, míg június 15-én a 3. és 4. felhívás-tervezeteinek egyeztetésére és megvitatására kerül sor. Az egyes felhívás-tervezetek célkitűzései a következőképpen alakulnak:

2021. június 14.:

• 1. felhívás-tervezet – célja: digitális szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférés javítása;
• 2. felhívás-tervezet – célja: marginalizált helyzetű roma közösségek, roma és pro-roma civil szervezetek megerősítése.

2021. június 15.:

• 3. felhívás-tervezet – célja: a hátrányos helyzetű roma fiatalok tanulási lehetőségeinek és képességeinek megerősítése;
• 4. felhívás-tervezet – célja: roma identitás megerősítése és a roma kultúrával kapcsolatos szemléletformálás.

A rendezvényen való részvétel a Belügyminisztérium eseményszervező felületén történő előzetes elektronikus regisztrációhoz kötött, melynek határideje: 2021. június 7. (hétfő) 16:00 óra. A regisztrált személyek részére a rendezvényhez történő csatlakozáshoz szükséges linket a regisztráció során megadott e-mail címre e-mailben küldjük meg az esemény előtt.

A rendezvénnyel összefüggésben 2021. június 11. napján próbahívást szervezünk, amellyel kapcsolatos információkat a regisztráció lezárultát követően, jövő hét folyamán küldünk meg.

The Ministry of Interior, as Program Operator, is organising an online conference on 14 June 2021 and 15 June 2021 (Monday-Tuesday) with the participation of stakeholders interested in the Roma Programme under the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021. Herewith, the Program Operator cordially invites You to participate in the aforesaid stakeholder event. The aim of the conference is to present and discuss the programme concept of the Roma Programme. To ensure the uninterrupted implementation of the conference, please log in to the online platform 15 minutes before the start of the event.

The presentation and the discussion of the programme concept will go as outlined below: following the brief presentation of the whole programme concept on both days respective calls are to be discussed. Call 1 and Call 2 of the programme concept are dealt with on 14 June 2021, whereas the discussion of Call 3 and Call 4 takes place on 15 June 2021. The outcomces of the respective calls go as follows:

14 June 2021

• Call 1 – aim:  improved access to online services and digital infrastructure;
• Call 2 – aim: strengthening marginalized Roma communities, Roma and pro-Roma civil society organisations.

15 June 2021

• Call 3 – aim: improved education and empowerment of disadvantaged Roma students;
• Call 4 – aim: strengthened Roma identity and awareness of Roma culture.

Prior electronic registration through the event organising platform of the Mnistry of Interior is required for the participation in the event. Registration deadline is 7 June 2021 (Monday) 4:00 pm. Link needed for joining the event will be sent out to the email address provided during the registration process.

We are planning a trial call on 11 June 2021. Information regarding the trial call will be shared later next week following the closure of the registration process.
